TRAVIS L. LEJMAN, FGA, GG
Travis has over 15 years of gemstone and jewelry appraisal experience and is President of the Gemological Appraisal Laboratory of America. Continuing on a family legacy passed down from his father, Kenneth Lejman, Travis strives to maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism and service that GAL has become well known for throughout the country. Starting his career learning the industry from the ground up through his father and other industry veterans, Travis also went on to study at the Gemological Institute of America, where he completed his G.G. in 2006. In 2013 he completed the prestigious and highly coveted Fellowship program from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (FGA). Travis regularly attends seminars and lectures throughout the country and is a long standing and senior member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. Travis specializes in all forms of jewelry appraisals and is GAL's expert in watch evaluation.
JOSHUA D. LENTS, FGA, GG
With over 12 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Josh has focused much of his career primarily in the colored stone market and designer jewelry production. Beginning his career working for a Belgian diamond and jewelry manufacturer, and later managing a production line for a New York City based designer, Josh grew to appreciate the many production methods, as well as gaining an in-depth understanding of colored stones and diamond buying. As GAL's colored stone expert since 2009, Josh has gone on to study and complete his Fellowship through the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (FGA), and continues research and advanced techniques in gemstone identiﬁcation and treatment detection, keeping up with today's increasing technology. Josh also specializes in colored stone and high-end jewelry appraisals.
Tirath has over 8 years of experience in evaluating diamond and colorstone jewelry, and has helped over 1200 individuals both shop and sell their jewelry for the best value. He takes an educational approach in teaching a customer about the jewelry piece they are looking at so they can purchase with conﬁdence.
