<h2>Where We Ship</h2>
<p>TrueFacet ships via FedEx and UPS to street addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. We also ship internationally to over 20 countries. Please be advised an additional charge may be requested based on your international location. For international buyers, customs/import taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. TrueFacet ships Monday through Friday during normal business operating hours.</p>
<h2>Shipping And Delivery</h2>
<p>Standard shipping is free and generally takes 3-5 business days for processing and handling. Descriptions are noted below with the type of shipping options we offer.</p>

<h2>Package Tracking</h2>
<p>We will send an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped. You can also contact us anytime to receive shipment information at support@TrueFacet.com or call us at 1-800-690-3736.</p>
<h2>Delivery Insurance</h2>
<p>All TrueFacet shipments are fully insured and securely packed. Please drop off your double-boxed item to a UPS Customer Center or schedule a UPS driver pick-up when sending items to us. Other locations are not acceptable for drop off. The shipping label our Concierge team provides will specify instructions to comply with insurance regulations.</p>
<h2>Sales Tax</h2>
<p>TrueFacet is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to New York State addresses.</p>

Items must be returned back in the same exact condition that they were received including but not limited to all tags, stickers, box and papers. Upon receipt, should we find that the security tag has been tampered with or removed, or the sticker noting non-returnable has been removed, we will not be able to accept the return.</p>

<p>You can exchange or receive TrueFacet store credit for purchases made from Nov. 7 to Dec. 23, 2018. Requests for exchange or TrueFacet store credit must be made by Jan. 11, 2019.<br>Items must be sent back in the same exact condition that they were received including but not limited to all tags, stickers, box and papers. Upon receipt, should we find that the security tag has been tampered with or removed, or the sticker noting non-returnable has been removed, we will not be able to accept.</p>
