<h1>TrueFacet Watch Warranty</h1>
<p>TrueFacet offers a limited warranty on all watches sold through our marketplace. Under the TrueFacet warranty, we will repair any defects in the materials or workmanship as defined by the original manufacturer’s warranty.</p>
<h3>What does the TrueFacet Marketplace Warranty cover?</h3>
<p>This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship within the Warranty Period as defined below. This also includes any water damage as defined under the parameters of the original manufacturer’s warranty.</p>
<h3>What does the TrueFacet Marketplace Warranty <em>not&nbsp;</em>cover?</h3>
<p>TrueFacet’s limited warranty does not cover external damage to the product including crystal damage, bracelet, strap or attachment, bezel, crowns, stems, finishes, clasps, “wear-and-tear”, accidental, incidental or physical damage. This also includes any water damage that exceeds the manufacturer’s limitation of water resistance or if otherwise specified on the product detail page. Any damage that occurs from having the watch serviced by a third party renders this warranty null and void. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.</p>
<h3>What is the TrueFacet Marketplace Warranty period?</h3>
<p>TrueFacet will honor the manufacturer’s warranty on all never-worn watches. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing, all never-worn watches have a 2-year warranty. All other pre-owned watches have a 1-year warranty. Vintage watches do not come with a watch warranty.</p>
<h3>Where can my watch be serviced under the TrueFacet Marketplace Watch Warranty?</h3>
<p>To have your watch serviced under the TrueFacet warranty, email support@truefacet.com or call 1-800-690-3736 and a concierge associate will arrange to have your item shipped back to us, free of charge. Our highly qualified, professional watchmakers can repair virtually any watch and use only authentic and genuine parts. If the watch is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will return the watch to the respective manufacturer or an authorized manufacturer repair facility.</p>
<p>Any watch serviced by a non-authorized third party may render the warranty void and TrueFacet will not be responsible for any damage or costs incurred from that service.</p>
<h3>What is the watch warranty for TrueFacet Brand Boutique?</h3>
<p>TrueFacet Brand Boutique is an authorized partner of all the included brands. All of the watches sold on the TrueFacet Brand Boutique are new and come directly from the manufacturer, complete with a Manufacturer Warranty. Depending on the brand, this warranty can range from 2 to 5 years and will be specified on the product listing.</p>

Items must be returned back in the same exact condition that they were received including but not limited to all tags, stickers, box and papers. Upon receipt, should we find that the security tag has been tampered with or removed, or the sticker noting non-returnable has been removed, we will not be able to accept the return.</p>

<p>You can exchange or receive TrueFacet store credit for purchases made from Nov. 7 to Dec. 23, 2018. Requests for exchange or TrueFacet store credit must be made by Jan. 11, 2019.<br>Items must be sent back in the same exact condition that they were received including but not limited to all tags, stickers, box and papers. Upon receipt, should we find that the security tag has been tampered with or removed, or the sticker noting non-returnable has been removed, we will not be able to accept.</p>
